How do I pay for my order?

When you’re satisfied with everything in your cart, follow the following instructions:

  • Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button

  • Complete your billing and shipping details

  • Select one of the two payment options:

  • Direct Bank Transfer

You will receive an email with our banking details

  • PayFast

You will be redirected to the PayFast portal where you can use the payment method of your choice.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.

  • Courier deliveries:

Delivery will take 2 to 5 business days

  • Local deliveries (George):

Delivery will be arranged at your convenience

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp.

How do I get a coupon code?

Coupon codes are issued during promotional campaigns. You will receive it via our Newsletter, on our social media pages, Whatsapp or email.
